"I just received and inspected my cabinet hardware and I am THOROUGHLY PLEASED with this purchase! I originally found hardware pieces that I wanted to purchase from a national hardware retailer but was discouraged by the cost. I began shopping online and discovered that Builder Resources sells identical pieces that saved me about 80% of retail cost (even with standard shipping charges!). The pictures of my hardware on the Builder Resources site are crisp and large and allowed me to identify without a doubt that these were the exact pieces that I wanted to order. However, I still worried that the finish might be a surprise when I received my order (based on the various materials other sellers use for similar products). I sent an email to customer support for clarification on the finish as well as information about product availability and the return policy, and I received a courteous same-day response. Actually, the finish more than meets my expectations, and each piece is more solid than I expected (again based on flimsier materials used by some sellers). When I placed my order, I had a question that prevented me from submitting my order, but I corresponded with customer support via email to finalize my purchase at that time. My product shipped on the day that I ordered it, and I received it just a few days later! I was happy to receive each piece individually wrapped to protect them from scratching during shipping.
