Opening An Account
You can create an account with Builder Resources in one of two ways:
- Credit Card Purchase Account
All you need is a valid credit card to get started. We do not store any credit card information on file for security purposes. This ensures that your credit card is as safe as possible. For details about your privacy, please visit our Privacy Policy.
- Open Corporate Account
If you run a business and would like to set up Builder Resources as a vendor, you may qualify for an Open Account. Download our application forms, fill them out, and fax them in to us. We will contact you regarding your status. Open Accounts do not require a credit card, and we will invoice you for your purchases.
Placing Orders
All transactions are done using VeriSign over their 128-bit secure server, so you can be confident that when you place an order, your information is safe. We never store any of your credit card information, which keeps your personal information secure.
Builder Resources has a $0 minimum order requirement on all orders.
Shipping Your Order
We are dedicated to getting your items shipped as quickly as possible. Although we do not currently offer overnight shipping, most customers receive their orders within a couple of business days, depending on availability and location.
Vanities are typically shipped via freight carriers. When delivering to a residential location, there will often be additional fees for unloading your vanity order. You will be responsible for those fees, if applicable.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We will accept returns or exchanges of unused item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of your receipt. You must complete a Return Goods Authorization form prior to returning any item. Returns will be credited the full amount less any shipping charges or restocking fees (up to 25%).
