Even if you qualify for our FREE SHIPPING, if delivery to your location requires special equipment and/or additional charges from the freight carrier (appointment fees, lift gate fees, etc.), you will be billed for those fees.
We ship Monday through Friday via standard UPS shipping. Most orders ship on the day they are received. Rest assured you will receive your order promptly provided that all items you order are in inventory.
