A: We currently do not send out catalogs on request.

A: We currently cannot send out any samples.
- Q: Can I order individual items, or do I need to order a full box/carton?
A: You can order as many items as you wish - no matter the box/carton quantity listed. Just remember that your total order must be a minimum of $50.
- Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: All orders must be placed through the website only.
- Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders are placed online only 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need to create an account to place an order with us.
- Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: We only require that your order be of $0 or more, not including shipping and handling.
- Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes! Order confirmations are sent via email through the email address you specified when you created your account.

A: Standard shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days.

A: We currently do not offer overnight or next day shipping. All orders are currently shipped via standard shipping.
- Q: How much is shipping?
A: Orders over $0 are shipped free. Even if you qualify for our FREE SHIPPING, if delivery to your location requires special equipment and/or additional charges from the freight carrier (appointment fees, lift gate fees, residential fees, etc.), you will be billed for those fees.
- Q: What do I need to do to return an item?
A: Please fill out this Request Form before you return an item. This will ensure that you receive credit for your item(s).
- Q: What is the return policy?
A: We will accept returns or exchanges of unused item(s) in their original packaging. You must complete the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form within 14 days of receipt of your order. An RGA number must accompany all returns. Upon submission of the RGA form, you will receive via email an RGA number. You must include this number with your return. If your return does not include an RGA number, you package will likely get lost and you will not receive credit. Returns will be credited the full amount less any shipping charges or restocking fees (up to 25%).
- Q: Your prices are very low. Will they ever change?
A: While we make every effort to keep our pricing consistent, price adjustments are made from time to time. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, and without notice.
